By accessing and using EventsVibe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are final unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. Refunds are subject to the event organizer's refund policy and EventsVibe's refund guidelines.

4. Event Organizers

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, fulfilling ticket obligations, and complying with all applicable laws. EventsVibe acts as a ticketing platform and is not responsible for event content or execution.

5. Fees

EventsVibe charges a 2% platform fee on paid ticket sales. Payment gateway fees (approximately 3%) are additional. Free events do not incur any platform fees.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not resell tickets at inflated prices, create fraudulent events, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

EventsVibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
