Plain-English summary

EventsVibe is a marketplace for discovering events, booking paid/free/guestlist entries, and helping organizers manage listings, bookings, entry verification, support, payouts, and event delivery. EventsVibe provides the platform and payment workflow; organizers are responsible for the accuracy, safety, permissions, and delivery of their events.

For paid bookings, the final checkout amount may include ticket cost, convenience fee, GST on fees, platform/payment charges, or similar charges shown before payment. Refunds, when eligible under the EventsVibe platform policy, are reviewed and processed by EventsVibe and are limited to ticket cost only unless applicable law or a payment partner reversal requires otherwise.

Policy section

2. Who we are and platform role

EventsVibe is operated by Seruces Information Technology Pvt Ltd. EventsVibe provides technology, listing, booking, payment, notification, support, entry verification, and payout tools for events.

EventsVibe is not the performer, venue, artist, host, or organizer of an event unless we expressly say so. Organizers are responsible for event content, entry rules, licenses, venue arrangements, safety, staff, capacity, permissions, tax obligations, and delivery of the listed event.

03

Policy section

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for activity under your account, password, OTP, device, and logged-in sessions.

You may not create fake accounts, impersonate others, misuse organizer tools or restricted platform areas, bypass security, scrape the platform, or use EventsVibe for unlawful activity.

Some events may have age restrictions, ID requirements, dress codes, entry cut-off times, couple/ladies/group rules, or other venue conditions. You are responsible for checking those rules before booking.

04

Policy section

4. User and organizer responsibilities

Users can browse events, book tickets, access QR passes, download invoices, manage profile details, contact support, subscribe to newsletters, and use other customer features.

Organizers can create and manage events, tickets, attendees, entry verification activity, messages, refund visibility, analytics, KYC, bank details, payout receipts, team members, and related tools.

EventsVibe may review events, support requests, refunds, KYC, bank verification, payouts, and other platform matters to keep the service accurate, safe, and reliable.

05

Policy section

5. Event listings and organizer obligations

Organizers must ensure that all event details are accurate, including title, description, image, date, time, venue, city, ticket types, price, capacity, entry rules, artist/lineup, terms, age restrictions, refund/cancellation notices, and taxes.

Organizers must hold required venue permissions, licenses, performance rights, tax registrations, safety permissions, insurance, and approvals applicable to their event. Organizers must not upload content they do not have the right to use.

EventsVibe may review, reject, unpublish, suspend, update listing details, or remove an event if it appears inaccurate, unlawful, unsafe, misleading, infringing, operationally risky, or harmful to users or the platform.

06

Policy section

6. Tickets, booking, and QR passes

A ticket is a digital entry pass for the event, date, ticket type, and quantity shown at booking. Booking confirmation and QR passes may be sent by email and shown in the user dashboard.

QR codes are unique and may be scanned at entry. Sharing, copying, reselling, tampering with, or duplicating QR passes may result in denied entry without refund.

Adding a ticket to selection or checkout does not guarantee inventory. A booking is confirmed only when payment/free/guestlist processing succeeds and the platform marks the booking as confirmed.

07

Policy section

7. Paid, free, and guestlist events

Paid events require payment through the available gateway. Free events may still require confirmed booking to reserve a seat or pass. Guestlist events may require organizer or EventsVibe review, entry approval, or venue-side verification.

The button labels and flows may differ by event type, such as paid booking, free booking, or guestlist booking. Entry remains subject to event terms, capacity, venue rules, and QR validation.

08

Policy section

8. Prices, fees, taxes, and invoices

Checkout may show ticket cost, convenience fee, GST on fees, platform charges, payment gateway charges, discounts, and total amount payable. By completing checkout, you accept the displayed amount.

Convenience fee, GST on fees, platform charges, payment gateway charges, and similar service charges are separate from ticket cost. These charges are generally non-refundable under the EventsVibe Refund Policy.

Invoices, receipts, and payout documents may be generated for booking, accounting, GST, payout, audit, and support purposes.

09

Policy section

9. Payments and gateways

Payments may be processed by third-party gateways such as Razorpay, Cashfree, or another configured provider. EventsVibe does not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or netbanking passwords.

Gateway failures, duplicate payments, delayed confirmations, payment partner delays, bank reversals, and chargeback cases may require support verification. Payment confirmation shown by a bank or wallet may not always mean the booking is confirmed until EventsVibe receives or verifies payment status.

10

Policy section

10. Refunds, cancellation, and reschedule

EventsVibe does not allow buyer self-cancellation for paid confirmed bookings. Refunds are reviewed and processed by EventsVibe under the platform Refund Policy.

For eligible event cancellation or approved refund cases, refund is limited to ticket cost only. Convenience fee, GST on fees, platform charges, payment charges, and other service charges are non-refundable unless applicable law or gateway rules require otherwise.

Organizers cannot approve buyer refunds directly. Organizers may request event cancellation or reschedule through the platform, and EventsVibe will review the request, user impact, refund impact, and payout impact.

For full details, see the Refund Policy at /refund.

11

Policy section

11. Event cancellation, reschedule, and payout impact

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, EventsVibe may notify affected users by email, in-app message, dashboard status, or other channels. Refund cases may be created by EventsVibe depending on the event and payment status.

Bookings under refund, cancellation, reschedule, dispute, chargeback, or settlement adjustment review may be excluded from organizer payouts. If payout has already been made, EventsVibe may adjust future payouts or request repayment from the organizer.

12

Policy section

12. Support, disputes, and communications

Users and organizers can contact support through dashboard support tools, contact forms, or official support email addresses. Support conversations may be stored for audit, service, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.

EventsVibe may send transactional emails, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, in-app messages, and service alerts related to bookings, account security, event changes, refunds, support, organizer updates, payouts, and legal updates.

13

Policy section

13. Prohibited conduct

You must not misuse tickets, abuse support, threaten staff or users, upload illegal or infringing content, submit false KYC or bank details, create fake events, manipulate analytics, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with payment confirmation systems, or use the platform to harm EventsVibe, organizers, users, artists, venues, or third parties.

14

Policy section

14. Content and intellectual property
