Eventsvibe has two main business divisions: a business-to-business (B2B) division and a business-to-consumer (B2C) division both aimed at delivering awesome ticketing products and services.

Every account includes customer support, credit card processing and all the functions and features built into our solution. There is no need for separate merchant accounts or extra plugins!

CUSTOMER QUESTIONS

For playoffs, or other conditional events, we as a provider will often offer a refund when it is determined that the specific event will not be played or cancelled. You should review our website for their refund policy & terms and agreement.

Don’t worry! You have the option of allowing your ticket buyers to print their own e-tickets when you are logged in as a USER. In Dashboard you can find “Transaction History” menu & Invoice Column click on VIEW button, Check Invoice and print ticket (Ctrl + P).

Absolutely! We apply system of internet security technologies to assure that our transactions are safe.

Tickets limits are established by the event organizers/promoters/presenters of each event & generally set to ensure the fairest distributions of ticket types among all those who wish to attend an event. An order that exceeds the posted ticket limits per household will be shown as Sold Out.

No! Single user can buy only one ticket type with maximum of 10 tickets. Here are often many people attempting to purchase tickets to the same event. In order to give all customers fair access to all tickets, the organiser/promoter/presenters rank each seat in the various price levels and the ticketing system sells the best available ticket for any selected level on a first come-first served basis.

Unfortunately all ticket sales are final, however tickets are transferrable.

You will get an email but no SMS, Customers who registered as a Guestlist or Free events they will get an email confirmation through Eventsvibe.

ORGANISER QUESTIONS

Any event you can think of like Tours, Festivals, Music or Performances, Conferences etc., we do them all.

We will accept three different types of events listed below:

  1. Paid event
  2. Guest list event
  3. Free event

Paid event: Tickets with prices is considered as paid event.

Guest list event: Tickets without prices are considered as guestlist event. (Guestlist can be used for Nightlife events, Only Couples & Girls are encouraged on approval of organiser/promoter/presenters).

Free event: No tickets, No prices – Allowing all for free entries is considered as free event.

You can email your patrons directly at any time through Eventsvibe. Contact them to let them know about an upcoming event or simply thank them for purchasing tickets to a past event. Our ticketing software you build strong relationships with your patrons.

User will register on your Guestlist or Free events and you will get all registered details at Event dashboard and you can find in transaction history & it’s a downloadable file. Based on entries you have received you can allow them at entrance.

Total = 5% (3% Eventsvibe + 2% Payment get away) + 18% GST (9% CGST + 9% SGST)
